The public ballot entry system for next year’s
Flora London Marathon opens on Tues 1st August. Entry
forms will be available in Marathon News, a free magazine
distributed to sports retailers across the UK . Stockists
in our area can be found on the London Marathon website
at www.london-marathon.co.uk/site/stockists/
The ballot closes towards the end of October, giving
us just over 11 weeks to promote the opportunity to
enter the ballot to our supporters. If you enter the
ballot you will discover the ballot outcome in the first
week of December. For every five supporters we get entering
the ballot, we should get one who is successful in securing
their own race place, depending on the final numbers
who apply.
Please apply for a place and run for The Friends of
Michael Sobell House, we do not have any bond places
so we rely on our supporters entering the ballot for
us.
